BRAND PHILOSOPHY

NOM believes in a long term business collaboration, as can be witnessed by the long term association it has had with its principals: Johnson & Johnson - 20+ years, Gillette - 17 years, Unicharm - 10 years.

 

We act as local brand guardians and ensure full compliance with Global Brand Guidelines. We also strive to develop each brand we represent into its Category leader in the Nepalese market. Finally, we set up Annual Business Plans with our principals to drive the business through a mutually agreed strategy. This communication with our principals gives clarity into resource allocation and planned targets, and charges the entire team to achieve its goals.
